Top 5 Business Apps on Android in Egypt Q2 2024

In Q2 2024, the top business apps on the Android platform in Egypt showcased varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Below, we delve into the performance of the leading applications.

LinkedIn: Jobs & Business News experienced a notable increase in both revenue and downloads. Weekly revenue surged from approximately $4.2K at the beginning of April to an impressive $7.6K by the end of June. Downloads also saw a significant rise, starting at around 16K in early April and peaking at nearly 28.5K in the last week of June. Active users exhibited a steady growth, moving from about 1.1M to over 1.29M throughout the quarter.

Zoom Workplace showed a steady performance in Q2. Revenue climbed from around $728 in the first week of April to approximately $1.4K by the end of June. Weekly downloads fluctuated, beginning with around 30.8K and reaching a peak of roughly 47.9K mid-June. Active users, however, saw some fluctuations, starting at about 246K and ending the quarter at approximately 262K.

OfficeSuite: Word, Sheets, PDF maintained consistent performance in revenue with minor fluctuations. Weekly revenue started at $59, peaked at $154 in the final week of June. Downloads showed a declining trend, beginning with around 1K and dropping to 662 by the end of the quarter. Active users also saw a gradual decline from around 122K in early April to about 112K by the end of June.

iScanner - PDF Scanner App encountered a decline in downloads and revenue over the quarter. Weekly revenue fell from $86 in early April to just $9 by the end of June. Downloads also decreased significantly from 2.5K to 172 during the same period. Active users dropped from around 3K to 799.

Finally, CamCard-Digital business card had a relatively low performance in Q2 2024. Although revenue saw a small increase, peaking at $110 mid-May, there were no downloads recorded throughout the quarter.
